Terms of Service

By creating an account or using OPSY, you agree to these Terms with OPSY. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

OPSY provides business-management tools (invoicing, cash & bank, inventory, payroll helpers, reports, partners, and related features) for small businesses, primarily in Kuwait. Features depend on your plan.

You must provide accurate information and keep your phone number accessible for OTP login. You are responsible for activity under your account and for authorized team members you invite.

You retain ownership of business data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the data you store (including customer and employee information).

You may not misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting systems, using it for unlawful activity, or infringing others’ rights.

Paid plans are billed in KWD via our payment provider. Fees are shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts. We may change plan prices with notice; continued use after renewal constitutes acceptance.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

The Service is provided “as is”. OPSY is a business tool, not accounting, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for your books, filings, and compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; we may delete data after a retention window.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Courts of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if applicable.
