This Privacy Policy explains how OPSY (“OPSY”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use opsyapp.co and the OPSY web and mobile apps (the “Service”).

We collect information you provide and information generated through use of the Service:

• Account details — phone number (OTP login), name, and business profile fields you enter.
• Business data you store — invoices, customers, transactions, inventory, employees, partners, and related documents.
• Usage and device data — app version, approximate logs needed for security and support.
• Payment data for subscriptions — processed by our payment provider (e.g. Tap); we do not store full card numbers.

We use personal and business data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you and secure accounts.
• Process subscription payments and send transactional notices.
• Respond to support requests and meet legal obligations where we operate.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure and hosting providers (e.g. database/storage) under contract.
• Payment processors for subscription billing.
• Authorities when required by applicable Kuwaiti law.

We retain account and business data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for backups, disputes, and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account data subject to lawful retention needs.

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please protect your device and OTP codes.

You may access or update profile information in the app, and request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@opsyapp.co. We will respond within a reasonable time.

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this Policy. We will post the new effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
